Yep, I've a fear of heights too (which is why I took up rock climbing :-P ).
Yes, that song is by Era. A rather fitting song for that particular footage, isn't it?
Some interesting information about the Cave of Swallows and the logistics (and cost!) involved in jumping the cave here.
