All right, I'm not being facetious this time.

Two of my favorite workout music videos:




Someone replaced the — crappy, IMHO — soundtrack from the original video, "La cubanita bailando reggaeton," with "Technologic," by Daft Punk. I think it works better (although the Cuban lass' sizzling moves are better captured in the original video).

For high rep sets, I use this. Damn thing is like the Mini-Me of Terminator after botched plastic surgery — and on meth.






Not the original video to Benny Benassi's "Satisfaction," but way hotter. (The second lady can melt steel 6AL-4V Titanium.)


Yes, I'm shallow.
