Pineapple
In the last few months, a pineapple slowly ripened in the garden:
Mid-June.
A week later.
A few days later.
The taste? Incredibly sweet and aromatic. The flesh had hardly any fiber. Chilled, it tastes like sherbet.
'Currently looking for another pot for the crown :-P
Elsewhere in the garden...
